Chompsy — Terms of Service

Chompsy connects food creators with restaurants, cafes, and other food spots ("food spots") for content collaborations. By creating an account or using Chompsy, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including any social media handles you link. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Chompsy.

2. Creators and food spots

Creators may apply to collaboration deals posted by food spots. The terms of any individual collaboration (content deliverables, meals, payment) are agreed between the creator and the food spot. Chompsy facilitates the connection but is not a party to those agreements.

3. Social account verification

Creators may optionally verify ownership of linked social accounts (for example, by signing in with the platform). Verification status is displayed to food spots. Misrepresenting ownership of a social account is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

• No impersonation, fake accounts, or misrepresented audience figures.
• No harassment, spam, or unlawful content in messages or profiles.
• No attempts to bypass app security or rate limits.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content

You keep ownership of content you post to Chompsy (photos, bios, messages). You grant Chompsy a license to display that content within the service so the app can function.

6. Disclaimers

Chompsy is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for the outcome of collaborations arranged through the app, including food quality, payment disputes, or content disputes between creators and food spots.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as Chompsy evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
